Our Whole Chicken is one of our favorite products and is known for it's incredible flavor. Our chickens are 100% pasture raised once they've matured enough to move outside. They eat grass and bugs, dramatically improving the flavor and nutritional quality of the meat. We love to roast our whole chicken covered in salt for tender, melt-in-your mouth flavorful meat. Get even more from your chicken by saving the bones to make delicious, nourishing chicken broth from the leftovers.
Our Whole Chickens are approximately 3-4 lbs., and come in vacuum sealed packaging.

Delivery Info:
We offer doorstep delivery for this product in the greater Chattanooga area. Frozen meat is delivered at your door in a re-usable cooler with ice packs. There's no need to be home! Meat will stay fresh until you're able to pick it up.
Choose one-time delivery or subscribe and choose frequency of delivery that best suits your needs. We currently deliver every Tuesday in the Chattanooga area. Delivery day is subject to change on holiday weeks. We will notify you of any changes.
Note: To reduce waste, we request that all subscribers return the cooler bags, ice packs and clean egg cartons received from a prior order by placing them on their porch the day of their next delivery so we're able to re-use them.
We are unable to ship products via UPS over dry ice at this time as we work to make this service more efficient. Contact us if you would like meat shipped to you on a regular basis to see what we can work out.
